I can't believe Brock is 1 month old already!!


He's getting so big and he's changing everyday. Here's some new things he's doing..

*He starting to coo and smile
*He is defiantly recognizing Nate and I's faces and smiling at us, I love it!
*He's focusing on his toys and cooing at them.
*He loves being on the floor so he can kick and flail his arms around.
*He enjoyed his first thanksgiving

*He's starting to go longer in between his feedings now, which makes mommy very happy!! We had a 5 hour space the other night!! I woke up in a panic! lol!

*He's sleeping in his big boy crib now and he loves it. We have a video monitor and I think the first night I laid in bed and stared at it for hours! haha!


*He loves looking at the Christmas tree and all the pretty lights!

I have been using shutterfly now for a little over 2 years. In the past I've used shutterfly to make a photo book from our wedding day and honeymoon. These photo books are a great way to share the memories of your special day with others. Recently I just used Shutterflys photo cards to send out the birth announcements of our son! I loved them! I would also like to order a calendar for the new year. My mom had one made last year and it turned out great!

Now that we have our newest addition I'm sure I'll be using it much more! I can't wait to do our Christmas cards this so we can share our little bundle of joy with our friends and family! This will be our first time sending out Christmas cards. There are so many choices to choose from! I really like the royal elegance one and also the Swirl Damask Noir. So many options!

The best job in the world

I can't even begin to imagine what our life was like before we had our little guy!! It's impossible not to just constantly stare at his sweet little face!! He's such a good baby. He's eating about every 3 to 3 1/2 hours now and sleeping really well for mommy at night! I love being a momma and having our special moments at night when it's just him and I! I could just eat him up! Daddy has been AMAZING!! He's been such a great help and he's wonderful with him! Brock defiantly has daddy wrapped around his finger! Brock Baylon

He's Finally Here and he's perfect in every way!! We're all doing great!!
We were scheduled for an induction on Friday the 29th at 6am but Brock had another plan in mind. I woke up on the 28th around 8 am after Nate left for work and started feeling a lil cramping. I thought maybe????....but i couldn't time them out and they were all over the place. I called the Dr. around 12 and they told me to come on in!! Daddy came home driving like a crazy man from work and off we went! In the truck contractions were now about 4 minutes apart! I went from 4cm to check in.. to 5cm in 1 hr..broke my water next check I was 9.5cm! Whoa!! Labored for 50 minutes and our lil' man Brock Baylon made his grand entrance at 9:23 pm on October 28th! He weighed 7lbs 5oz 20 1/4 inches long. Cute as a stinkin' button! I'm not biased or anything!! :)Everyone's doing great and Brock is growing every day!! We are so blessed and so thankful to have such fabulous people in our lives who love us and our son(sounds so crazy)as much as we do!! :)

Another wonderful baby shower

Last week the girls from work hosted a fabulous baby shower for me and baby at petite chou in Carmel. It was so much fun!! :) The girls definitely spoiled us!! We got all kinds of goodies.

Happy Birthdy Ollie

Our lil shihpoo turned 2(or 14 however you view it) on August 12th!! He's my lil toddler and teenager all balled up into one!! Happy Birthday Ollie dog!!! We love you!

Showered with love

On Saturday my wonderful Sister, Cousin, and mother gave us our first baby shower! It was so nice. A bunch of family and friends were there to celebrate!! Baby Ledford got tons of great things! Were so blessed.

Nursery Update
